Grant Description

On November 22 and 23, 2018, Ambassador Yang Zigang went to inspect the Mendeferra Rural Elementary School and donated "a small amount of office, learning, cultural, and sports supplies," on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Eritrea.

Ambassador Yang Zigang had also inspected the China-Eritrea Friendship school, Erafaile Elementary School in Asmara on this trip, and made a donation there as well (Record ID#87109). This school was built with Chinese funding in 2008, and was finished in 2009 (Record ID#56238). The detail of this donation is unknown.
