Grant Description

CDB and Development Bank of Kazakhstan sign RMB 1.5 billion term facility agreement for unspecified purposes On September 11, 2019, during the visit to participate in the Kazakhstan-China Business Council in China, Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK) signed an RMB 1.5 billion term framework (facility) agreement with China Development Bank for the financing of DBK’s projects.

As of 30 June 2019, there were no amounts outstanding under the facility agreement.

KDB's 2024 Eurobond prospectus (https://www.wienerborse.at/uploads/u/cms/files/issuers/bonds/prospectus/jsc-development-bank-kazakhstan/base-information-memorandum-04022024.pdf) treats the agreement as a facility agreement under which no disbursements had taken place (as of December 2023).
