From March 19 to 21, 2019, Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda Rao Hongwei visited Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Musanze, which was built with the Chinese government's aid (see Record ID#37470, 56917).

During his visit, Ambassador Rao donated school supplies, which include computers, printers, projectors, tables, chairs, and other teaching facilities and equipment to the school. The monetary value of the donation is unknown,
