Grant Description

In September 2018, the China-African Development Fund (CADFund) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Government of Togo to support various projects under Togo's National Development Plan (PND). CADFund is a subsidary of the China Development Bank (CDB).

Some of the projects under the MOU include the expansion of the port of Lomé, a hydropower initiative, and construction on an industrial park.
