Grant Description

On February 27, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to Cabo Verde, Du Xiaocong, attended a handover ceremony to donate 100 "school kits" to a primary school in Castelo Branco, Praia Baixo, one of the poorest communities in the municipality of São Domingos.

The donation was intended to improve the living and learning conditions of students, and was received by the Ministry of Education of São Domingos. The value of the donation is unknown.
