Grant Description

On January 24, 2018, Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina) and Weihai International Economic and Technical Corporation jointly donated a batch of teaching materials to a primary school in Massengo in Congo.

This school is one of the three China-Congo Friendship schools (see Record ID#1071), the construction of which was funded by the Chinese government and undertaken by Weihai international. Ambassador Xia Huang attended the donation ceremony and handed over the supplies to the school. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
