ENHANCE THE CAPACITY OF ECUADOR'S JUSTICE SYSTEM TO COMBAT AND MITIGATE PUBLIC SECURITY THREATS THROUGH PROVIDING IN-DEPTH TRAINING FOR SPECIALIZED JUSTICE OPERATORS, PROVIDING ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, AND IMPROVING EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE.
