Grant Description
On March 15, 2018, Tang Weibin, the ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Côte d’Ivoire, Marcel Amon-Tano, signed two intergovernmental assistance agreements between China and Côte d’Ivoire. The first one is an economic and technical cooperation agreement of 200 million RMB.
The other agreement was an exchange of notes for anti-malarial assistance (coded in Record ID#87823).
The ETCA provides free assistance by the Chinese government to the government of Cote d’Ivoire to explore the implementation of agricultural cooperation and hospital projects.
The two agreements are "One of the results of the implementation of the Ten Major Plans for China-Africa Cooperation”.
