Grant Description

On June 19, 2012, representatives of the Chinese Government and Government of Eritrea signed the 2012-2015 Implementation Plan for Cultural Agreement.

According to Section 3 Article 9, 10 Chinese Government Scholarships would be offered each year over the three year period. The purpose of this program was to send Eritrean students to study in China. The value of each scholarship is unknown.
