Grant Description

In February 2020, Azahari Idris Bakhit, the Sudan undersecretary for planning, and Zhang Ming, the economic and commercial advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of China, signed the certificate of delivery for a cash grant project. Within this project, China granted the Government of Sudan 2 million USD for unspecified purposes.
