Grant Description

On January 8, 2009, representatives of the governments of China and Antigua and Barbuda signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that provided Antigua and Barbuda a 30 million RMB grant. The projects to be funded through the grant were not specified at the time of signing.

This project should not be confused with 70532, which was signed on the same day, and provided an interest-free credit line.
