Grant Description

Media Training and Development: This funding will be used to support local media and university-level media/journalism programs with their production and equipment costs, and to design and implement media training seminars.

Special attention will be paid to the print and broadcast products that emphasize democratic values: political and economic reform, interethnic tolerance and reconciliation, Euro-Atlantic integration, the environment, and a free and independent press (including investigative journalism), among others.

Some of these funds will also be directed towards exchange programs, conferences, media organizations, and NGOs that promote increased public interest in and support for Serbias integration into NATO.
