Grant Description

On March 27, 2014, China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. (CHEC), the contractor responsible for St.

Mark's Flood Mitigation Project, -- which was financed by a $5.1 million USD supplier's credit loan from CHEC (see linked Record ID#54965) -- donated school supplies, including school bags and stationery, to the students of the Bonaire Government School in Saint Mark Parish.

CHEC had used a large section of the school's grounds as a project site during the implementation of the flood mitigation project. CHEC also donated a basketball court to the school (see linked Record ID#85813).
