Grant Description

This funding will be used to design and implement media training seminars that will bring U.S. experts to Serbia to train journalists, media managers, editors, publishers, and broadcasters.

These funds will also be used to improve training conditions and equipment for journalists and communications students and fund production costs within the framework of a training program.

The media in Serbia still require a great degree of development, and programs supported by U.S. assistance will help improve the media environment and develop a professional journalistic ethic in the country.
