Grant Description

The funds will be used by the U.S.

Embassys Public Affairs Section to continue a civic education project that was initiated in 2003 and has successfully inculcated democratic values via community development at the local level in targeted areas, especially where religious groups are disconnected from the larger community.

The project will continue to engage key audiences through civic education curricula, networks of faith-based institutions, and joint projects that improve the entire community.
