Grant Description

On November 23, 2017 during the Djibouti President's official visit to Beijing, government officials signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which China committed grant funding for (1) creating a vocational training center in the Djibouti International Free Trade Zone (DIFTZ) and (2) the construction of 500 housing units (see Record ID#85640).
