In 2003, the Chinese Government also financed the New Amri Agriculture Scheme (Merowe Resettlement) Project (see #56927) and the Kehaila East Agriculture Scheme (see #56959).
The El Makabra (المكابراب) Agriculture Scheme is also known as the El Mekabrab Agriculture Scheme or “New Manaseer.' The Chinese project title is 穆卡巴若巴农业灌溉项目. The transaction amount is recorded as $110,662,159.90 minus $80.75 million used to fund the Kehaila East Agriculture Scheme.
