Grant Description

NATO-Russia Council Rally: Conference "From Vancouver to Vladivostok": The concept is to do a series of public events, nine cities in 12 days, each sponsored by the bilateral Missions of NATO Allied countries in Russia.

NIO's goal is to soften and improve the image of NATO, and the NATO Russia Council (NRC) among the general population, especially younger generation, by emphasizing the international character of the organization and the usefulness of the NRC as forum for discussing mutual issues.
