Grant Description

On December 24, 2002, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) (Chinese agreement name: 中华人民共和国政府和突尼斯共和国政府经济技术合作协定), in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 10 million of grant funding to Tunisia for projects to be agreed upon by the two governments.

The Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was the Tunisian agency responsible for the execution of the agreement. The Tunisian Government ratified the agreement on March 17, 2003, via Decree n° 2003-580.
