Grant Description

On 6 April 2013 during Zambian President Sata's official visit to China, government officials signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement granting 100 million RMB to the Government of Zambia for multiple development projects. One of these projects was the 68 million RMB Confucius Institute Building Construction Project (#30680).

How the remaining 32 million RMB was spent is unknown.
