Grant Description

The Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) proposes a new approach to tackling modern slavery, with transformational programs and the development of a $1.5 billion fund.

With PEMS seed funding, GFEMS will work to secure already-identified government and private sector matching contributions, bringing in unprecedented resources to amplify the United States' leadership on this issue. This Fund will pool resources and coordinate a coherent strategy to reduce modern slavery in targeted populations.
