SHARE Institute will partner with Fondation Espoir, KONAMAVID, FNJD, Limye Lavi, KOFAVIV, FAVILEK, and Haiti Connect to increase awareness and improve the response to trafficking in persons (TIP) and gender-based violence (GBV) in Haiti.
The project will involve community-based outreach, discussion and awareness methods along with innovative uses of mobile (SMS) and web technology to identify and protect victims of these crimes.
The partners will document and map cases of TIP and GBV in IDP camps and develop a referral and response network for their protection.
