Urban Institute will assess four G/TIP-funded anti-TIP programs selected by G/TIP due to the strength of their current activities. These assessments will result in the development and distribution of promising practices.

The selected programs will be the subject of on-site review with a special emphasis on evaluating the soundness of the project design, the potential replication of activities, the measurement of effectiveness, and whether data is available to evaluate program impact.
