Grant Description

In an effort to increase the number of prosecutions and convictions for human trafficking globally, UNODC will collect and disseminate qualitative information regarding the prosecution of human trafficking activities and the effective implementation of the Trafficking Protocol.

The International Reporting System will be developed as a practitioner's tool for prosecutors and judges; a monitoring tool for government policy-makers; an awareness raising tool for the public and media; as well as an information tool for researchers and all other stakeholders involved in anti-trafficking efforts.
