Grant Description

The proposed project will: 1) develop and implement a broad awareness-raising campaign also targeting at-risk Timorese populations and their protective social networks; 2) conduct training and awareness-raising activities for police, lawyers, judiciary, NGO and Dili-based embassy staff and Timorese consular officers, members of Suco Councils and other relevant Government staff; and 3) transfer skills of IOM staff to Alola Foundation staff through a scheme of mentoring, close coordination, and joint planning.
