Grant Description

The project aims to contribute to the reduction of human trafficking in Bangladesh.

The project will primarily focus on building the capacity building of the Home Ministry, the police headquarters monitoring cell, and the staff members of district police on trafficking data analysis and data management.

As a result, the Ministry officials will have the resources to compile and analyze data for better monitoring of trafficking cases, while the staff members of the districts will be able to collect, store, and manage reliable data of survivors/traffickers.

The project will mainly reach the staff on the ground and strengthen their ability to properly document trafficking cases leading ultimately to the prosecution of the traffickers.
