Following the assessment, IOM will implement a capacity building program for judicial and law-enforcement officials on trafficking in persons, with a train the trainers component to ensure sustainability through replication.

IOM will also involve Local Surveillance Committees in the project, by providing them with training on trafficking concepts and victim identification, and encouraging cooperation with authorities through victim referrals.
