Grant Description

IOM will contribute to the prevention of TIP and strengthen counter-trafficking networks in the Tri-Border Area (TBA) in the Southern Cone of South America (Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay) by enhancing staffing and communication mechanisms that increase coordination and improve cooperation between key judicial actors in the TBA.

This project will also provide medical, psychological, legal, and job training assistance to victims of trafficking in persons in the TBA.
