ILO will work to enhance the national response to domestic and international trafficking through supporting the GOB's implementation of the National Plan against Trafficking in Persons.
Specific attention will be given to developing preventative methodologies, enhancing knowledge of relevant authorities, raising social awareness regarding TIP, and promoting increased conformity of Brazilian legislation to international standards for combating TIP.
