Grant Description

This project will equip the designated lead TIP agency, DINAPEN, to perform its duties more effectively and will integrate intelligence and information activities with those of the vetted intelligence unit (COAC), as appropriate. The majority of the project costs are for equipment, to enable more effective investigations and enforcement.

The operational costs will be absorbed by the National Police or another GOE agency after the unit demonstrates its effectiveness.
