The project will create a team of lawyers and advocates engaged in anti-TIP work in Penang and will provide training on identification, support, and referrals for victims.

In addition, this project will strengthen the NGO community and enable the development of a national action plan and the formation of a standard operating manual for anti-TIP activities. Project implementation will include data collection and a performance evaluation.
