Grant Description

Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition (BSCC), an NGO that coordinates an alliance of over 250 government and nongovernmental agencies in the United States and Latin America to combat TIP, will promote victim identification and victim services in Baja California and Sonora.

BSCC will provide technical assistance to victim centers in these regions which provide shelter, medical care, mental health services, and referrals to other existing victim assistance resources.

BSCC will also provide specialized training and technical assistance to service providers and law enforcement in those states, and advocate for legislative change in Sonora in order to address TIP more effectively.
