Grant Description

The American Bar Association seeks to enhance the investigation and prosecution of trafficking in Nepal by building the capacity of the Nepal Police Force and Women and Children Service Center to investigate and prosecute trafficking cases; enhance the Nepal National Human Rights Commission's ability to investigate, monitor and report on TIP cases; and conduct targeted outreach to potential victims of trafficking.
