Prevent trafficking of women of Kachin minority (in Banmai Samaki Chiang Dao province) through public information campaigns, rescue women who have been trafficked, rehabilitate women who have been rescued through job-skills training (weaving) -- and seed funding to purchase raw materials for business -- so they don't fall back into the sex-trade for subsistence income.
