New Higher Education Design: The Mission has designed and implemented a new higher education project, implemented through a contract partner, to increase the capacity of higher education institutional capacity in teacher training and education administration.

Technical assistance will focus in areas such as human resource development, university management; quality assurance techniques and, information technologies.
