Grant Description

To support the preservation of the visual arts collection at the Lusaka National Museum.

The collection, which includes objects from the pre-colonial, colonial, and post-colonial periods, is vulnerable to damage and deterioration from exposure and insect infestation.

This project involves the documentation of the collection, creation of a suitable storage environment for the objects, and theft-prevention measures.
