The palaces in this region represent an irreplaceable architectural heritage from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Over the last 30-years, the mud-brick buildings have been neglected and in some cases abandoned, falling into a state of severe disrepair. This project will focus on emergency repairs to the Ishah Palace located in Tarim.
