To support the restoration of an 18th century water-powered sugar mill. The Old Mill Cultural Center includes several buildings that produced sugar and rum, and operated until around 1900. The center now houses the National Cultural Council. The second floor of the sugar mill, that was destroyed by a hurricane, will now be fully restored.
The project will also repair the water wheel and water channel bridge.
