Grant Description

To support the restoration of the Domingo Caro House built in 1876 by a wealthy businessman in the town of Tovar, in the Andean region. For many years the house was the presidential residence in the Andes.

Tovar is an important historic tourist destination and the local community currently utilizes the house for art exhibits.
