Grant Description

Grant funds are being used for the restoration of Thailand's first research library housed in two traditional 19th century teakwood houses.

After restoration using traditional techniques and craftsmanship, the buildings will be developed into ethnological museum to increase awareness and knowledge of northern Thailand's rich cultural history.
