Stobi is the most important and popular archaeological site in the Republic of Macedonia and is the only site where tourists visit year-round. Funds will be used for archaeological excavations of the early Roman Period, which may include a Forum.
Funds will also be used for restoration of the on-site museum and the creation of a tourist brochure in English and Macedonian.
