Grant Description

The Governments of Turkmenistan and the United States are cooperating in a restoration project at the 15th century Seit Jemmalatdin Mosque in Annau.

Local archeologists and historians are reconstructing the unique mosaic tile of the mosque, building tourist walkways and strengthening the foundation of the ruins.
