INSTALLING 2 ACCESSIBLE ARTESIAN WELLS, BENEFITING 350 PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND 3,000 WITHOUT DISABILITIES. THE WELLS WILL HAVE ADAPTED MANUAL PUMPS, WITH EASY-TO-OPERATE LEVERS, AND NON-SLIP RAMPS WITH HANDRAILS.
