Grant Description

On July 9, 2011, the Chinese Ambassador signed an economic and technical agreement (ETCA) granting 20 million RMB to the Government of Micronesia.

Although the financial breakdown is unknown, this ETCA was used to finance the following sub-projects: (1) the Yap or Hapilmohol-1 cargo-passenger ship repair project (#73403) and (2) acquiring a Y12 aircraft (#64187).
