Grant Description
On August 19, 2019, representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Peru and the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting the Government of Peru 100 million RMB.
The grant would be used to fund various projects, including the National Museum of Archeology, Anthropology, and History Cultural Services Improvement Project which is detailed in Record ID#56273 ("Project Mejoramiento de los Services Culturales del Museo Nacional de Arqueología, Antropología e Historia del Perú").
The Bank of the Nation of Peru (Banco de la Nación del Perú) and the China Development Bank handled banking procedures. The act for the donation was ratified on June 19, 2020 in Lima, Peru.
