Grant Description
On November 3, 2017, the PRC Ministry of Commerce published a press release announcing that a Chinese government official signed a cooperation agreement committing $3 million USD to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for aid to internally displaced people in Republic of Congo-Brazzaville.
