Grant Description

The Office of Regulations and Rulings provides training to foreign participants, both government and private, on various laws and regulations.

Further, the Office provides training on administrative and operational procedures under various international agreements or bilateral economic or trade preference agreements, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) Valuation Agreement, the WTO TRIPS (Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights) agreement, and the African Growth and Opportunity Act.
