Grant Description

On May 18, 2020, the Peruvian Ministry of Health received a donation of biomedical equipment from China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) to care for patients afflicted with the coronavirus.

The Ministry of Health will distribute the 10 ventilators, 46 patient monitors, 18 ultrasound scanners, 36 defibrillators, and 15 non-invasive ventilators among different hospitals. The donation was worth USD $1.5 million. The donation ceremony was held in a warehouse at the Peruvian Ministry of Health.
