Grant Description

On June 2, 2010, an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) was signed by the Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Karine Ghazinyan, and the Chinese Deputy Minister of Commerce, Fu Jin. The ETCA was for an RMB 20 million grant, although the exact projects its allocated for are unspecified.

On June 23, 2011, as per the ETCA, China provided 88 ambulances to Armenia. Additionally, on the same day, China promised to donate 88 ambulances to Armenia (see Record ID#66423)
