Grant Description

On 3 April 2001, the Chinese Government and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA).

Under the terms of the ETCA, the Chinese Government agreed to provided RMB 20 million of grant funding to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo for an unspecified set of projects.
